Please complete the inquiry form in full. All inquiries will be reviewed, and Deilyn will respond within 24–48 business hours. A complimentary 30-minute Zoom consultation will be scheduled to discuss your requested service. Consultations are required prior to booking.

Booking & Session Policies

All sessions must be booked a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance of the desired service date. Last-minute requests will not be accepted.

Clients are granted a 20-minute grace period for arrival. Arrivals exceeding 20 minutes will result in a $20 late fee and may require rescheduling at the photographer’s discretion.

No-call, no-show appointments will result in immediate cancellation of the session with no exceptions.

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date.

The remaining balance is due in full on the day of the session. Payments will not be accepted after the session date or upon delivery of images.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
